Coaching is a confidential and collaborative partnership that focuses on your agenda. You’ll define your vision and goals, and create the road map and action plan to achieve them. Coaching engagements can range from a few sessions to several months or longer.

COACHING PROCESS

1. Consultation: Initial complimentary 60-minutes coaching session and consultation.

2. Coaching Agreement: Design the coaching engagement plan that works best for you.

3. Goal Setting: Define your primary goals and how you’ll measure your success.

4. Road Map and Action Plan: Create your road map and action plan, with measurable milestones.

5. Coaching Sessions: Meet by video call for 60 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly.

6. Progress Measurement: Progress measured at key milestones to ensure you’re on track to achieve your goals.

7. Check-Ins:  Check-in coaching sessions offered for support between your regular coaching sessions.

8. Completion and Post-Coaching Support: Ongoing support following your coaching engagement.

COACHING ENGAGEMENT

Coaching engagements are custom-designed based on your specific needs, and when applicable, with your manager or HR department, and can range from a few sessions up to 12 months or longer. The general duration of a coaching engagement, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions is:

Accountability Partner

Throughout the coaching engagement, Elan is your accountability partner and supports you to build skills to be accountable to yourself. Coaching helps you to stay on track to reevaluate when you’re not getting the results you want, whether that’s re-prioritizing what you really need to focus on, tackling obstacles, or building new skills to re-commit to your initial action plan.


ASSESSMENT TOOLS

There are a wide range of self-assessment tools that can support you in your coaching engagement. If you’re interested, Elan will collaborate with you (or your manager or HR department) on selecting the self-assessment tools that will support you in achieving your goals, and help you establish baselines to measure your progress. These tools can include:
