Elan’s diverse and extensive career spans four decades as an entrepreneur, co-founder, executive team member, team leader, individual contributor, nonprofit board president and board member, business consultant, and volunteer. He has held leadership roles in marketing, sales, brand management, business development, and operations, at Fortune 100 firms, large- and mid-sized companies, SMBs, start-ups, worker cooperatives, and nonprofits.
Elan held leadership roles at Charles Schwab, E*TRADE Financial, Opes Advisors, and New Leaf Paper. He was co-founder of the celebrated Bacano Bakery where he was GM and Vice President of Sales. Over the past decade at Elan LaLonde Marketing Consulting, he’s provided strategic and tactical leadership to organizations in hi-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, CPG, financial services, hospitality, arts and entertainment, and retail.
